The Crowsnest Community Support Society is a Not-for-Profit organization.  We have proudly been a community based organization for over  58 years! We are a registered charitable Society and are governed by a dedicated  volunteer Board of Directors. Many of our staff have been with the Society for over 30 years.
​We are located in Crowsnest Pass, Alberta, Canada.
Our Mission
Promoting a Quality of Life  for those we support in our rural community.
Our Philosophy
​The Crowsnest Community Support Society believes in Individual rights, choices, and understands that everyone has changing and unique needs that are developed and met at different rates. Here at Crowsnest Community Support Society, we promote inclusion and integrative activities. Every individual has a right to develop, function and interact within the community and society assuming risks and responsibilities within their capabilities.  Individuals are entitled to a quality of life that will enhance their dignity and self-worth enabling them to develop to their maximum potential.
Our Purpose
  • To serve and support Individuals with diverse disabilities, as well as their families and/or Legal Guardians.
  • To provide an integrated service to Individuals with diverse  disabilities, allowing them to fully participate in society.
  • To assist Individuals with diverse  disabilities to develop to their full potential socially, physically, vocationally, residentially and in leisure activities.
  • To monitor, evaluate and improve existing services by measuring Quality of Life Outcomes.
  • To start new services as they are inclusive and empowering .
  • To offer  Person Centered programming and services.
